WE are Garnish, a 10 year old women's clothing and accessories brand which is designed and sampled in our boutique and produced locally. We have an amazing, creative staff, and are looking for you to join us. We are casual, yet professional and thrive on a very collaborative atmosphere. Idea sharing is encouraged and you will be expected to help grow the business with your sales ability and your creativity.
YOU are a natural, outgoing salesperson and have considerable experience in retail sales. Every day brings new challenges at Garnish, but your primary responsibilities would be offering stylist advice to customers, maintaining a client list and calling on clients, creating in-store merchandising that effectively sells our products, processing product (ironing, steaming, etc), and maintaining a clean and attractive selling floor. Depending on your experience and skills, additional duties may include (but are not limited to) assisting in our marketing initiatives, creating social media content, assisting with (and perhaps managing) product on our website, participating in design meetings, and creating compelling window displays.
Wage: dependent on experience and performance, plus a monthly store credit.
Hours: Weekends plus one additional day a week and occasional evenings. Hours are typically 10:45 am to 6:15pm. We will have a set schedule; however your ability to have some flexibility in your schedule is a must (as we all try to cover for each other if we're sick or on vacation).

Additional Skills -- desirable, but not required
-comprehensive knowledge of social media
-experience and proven results soliciting press
-experience creating compelling window displays
