Duties and Responsibilities include: Meet and exceed sales goals. Maintain a fresh and immaculate retail environment through merchandising, selling floor maintenance, etc. Assist the Manager in developing and implementing store window displays as well as in-store vignettes. Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings Prepare inventory for the selling floor including, pressing, steaming, and tagging. Maintain client book. Offer your input on buying decisions and participate in design meetings. Perform all opening and closing duties of a retail store Salary dependent on experience.
